Bulldozer operator • Nelson County, Kentucky

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Nelson County, Kentucky. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain On a typical shift you will follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving.
