Now hiring: we are hiring a construction mazdoor in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. You will work on a building construction site. You will hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. Requirements: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Full-time with occasional weekends.
