Kitchen steward wanted in Oregon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Oregon County, Missouri. The job is at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time with occasional weekends.
