Powder coating technician — Tazewell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Tazewell County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process We offer $17 per hour plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
