Your main tasks: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified You should have: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Rotating shifts.
