Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Caerphilly County Borough, Wales. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
