We are recruiting: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Iredell County, North Carolina. You will be based with a civil contractor. On a typical shift you will bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
