Immediate opening: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Manchester, England. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards On a typical shift you will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; record output and downtime on the production sheet; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around £135 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
