Aluminium TIG welder wanted in Sierra County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Sierra County, New Mexico. On a typical shift you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Full-time with occasional weekends.
