Joiner — Lea County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a joiner in Lea County, New Mexico. You will work at a shopfitting company. You should have: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools The role involves: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
