Sausage maker wanted in Sokoto North

Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Sokoto North, Sokoto State. The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler ₦9,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
