Dry lining plasterer — Orange County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Orange County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel On a typical shift you will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; check walls for plumb and level as you go; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
