Guest relations agent — Derby

Join our team: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Derby, England. You will be based in a hostel or budget hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows • Take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in • Liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times You should have: • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English £2,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
