Tyre service technician — Blaine County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Blaine County, Nebraska. You will work at a car service centre. On the job you will handle: • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches Requirements: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Punctual and willing to work weekends • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage Full-time with occasional weekends.
