Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
