We are recruiting: we are hiring a bathroom fitter in Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska. You will be based in apartment and housing complexes. On the job you will handle: • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Connect overhead and underground water tanks • Make connections to the mains water and sewer lines • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections What we are looking for: • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
