Requirements: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities Day-to-day duties: • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
