Gypsum plasterer wanted in Chippewa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Chippewa County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Day to day you will float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; check walls for plumb and level as you go. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
