Lift installation engineer — Russell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Russell County, Virginia. You will work in a residential tower block. Your main tasks: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
