Great opportunity: we are hiring a van driver in City of Norfolk, Virginia. You will be based at a passenger transport company. Day to day you will maintain an accurate headcount against the passenger manifest; report mechanical faults and dents to the depot office; pick up and drop staff at designated stops on schedule; check the first-aid kit and fire extinguisher on board; help elderly and disabled passengers board and alight safely; drive defensively through heavy traffic and bad weather. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass police verification and a background check • Basic vehicle maintenance know-how $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
