Vacancy available: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Washington County, Arkansas. You will be based at a hotel group's central reservations office. Requirements: • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Good telephone manner and clear written communication You will prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests; allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status; verify ID and payment details against the booking record; run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift; liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times; check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS). Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
