Wardrobe and cabinet fitter — Borough of Torbay

Now hiring: we are hiring a wardrobe and cabinet fitter in Borough of Torbay, England. You will work in student accommodation during move-in week. You will anchor tall furniture to the wall with anti-tip straps and brackets; fit drawer runners and soft-close slides and check they glide smoothly; sort screws, dowels, cam locks and Allen keys by step number; use a cordless drill/driver and hex keys to tighten fittings to the right torque; level units and wardrobes with a spirit level and adjustable feet or shims. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting, carrying and kneeling through a full working day • Own van or vehicle to carry tools and parts between jobs Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
