Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Ife North, Osun State. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils ₦500 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
