Fabricator-welder — North Northamptonshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in North Northamptonshire, England. You should have: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Day-to-day duties: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £4,900 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
