Guest relations agent wanted in North Yorkshire

Join our team: we are hiring a guest relations agent in North Yorkshire, England. The job is in a resort or holiday hotel. Day to day you will prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests; handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk; process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes; log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system; allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department. Requirements: • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. £2,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
