The role involves: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Punctual with reliable attendance Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
