Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota. You will work on an industrial construction site. You will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run. Ideal candidate: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
