What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
