Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Adams County, Indiana. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
