Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
