Gas metal arc welder wanted in Rio Arriba County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. You will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
