Great opportunity: oven operator (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Wexford County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
