PVC window fabricator • Clark County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Clark County, Illinois. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads You will fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
