Guest relations agent — Ohafia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Ohafia, Abia State. The job is in a boutique or independent hotel. On the job you will handle: • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift • Prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information What we are looking for: • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English Performance bonus on top of base pay.
