UPVC window fitter wanted in Hawkins County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Hawkins County, Tennessee. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. The role involves fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Six days a week, one day off. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
