Urgent requirement: smash repairer (Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a smash repairer in City of Virginia Beach, Virginia. You should have: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Your main tasks: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $190 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
