Powder coating technician — Whitley County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Whitley County, Kentucky. You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Meals and transport allowance provided.
