Crawler crane operator wanted in Knox County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Knox County, Maine. Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Full-time with occasional weekends. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
