Scullery hand wanted in Culpeper County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Culpeper County, Virginia. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience.
