Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Redwood County, Minnesota. Day to day you will nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • A good head for heights and steady balance 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
