Shuttering carpenter — Irion County

On the job you will handle: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
