We are recruiting: we are hiring a production machine operator in Dickinson County, Michigan. Day to day you will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Full-time with occasional weekends.
