Refrigeration field service technician • Thayer County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Thayer County, Nebraska. You will be based in an HVAC service company. Requirements: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Day to day you will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; clean condenser and evaporator coils; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge.
