Cold room technician • Baraga County, Michigan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cold room technician in Baraga County, Michigan. You will be based at a food processing plant. On the job you will handle: • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Clean condenser and evaporator coils Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade Full-time with occasional weekends.
