Join our team: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Woodbury County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Assemble components according to the work order • Change over tooling and settings between product runs Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Keen eye for detail on quality checks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
