Join our team: we are hiring an IKEA furniture assembler in Hampshire, England. You will work at a furniture retailer's delivery and assembly service. You will fit drawer runners and soft-close slides and check they glide smoothly; sort screws, dowels, cam locks and Allen keys by step number; read flat-pack assembly manuals and lay out all parts and hardware before starting; break down and remove packaging, cardboard and polystyrene after the job. What we are looking for: • Polite, presentable manner for working in customers' homes • Own van or vehicle to carry tools and parts between jobs • Able to read assembly diagrams and manuals accurately 2+ years on the tools preferred.
