You will carry out turndown service in the evening; report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals; empty bins, replace liners and segregate the waste; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist.
