MIG/MAG welder — Leon County

Join our team: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Leon County, Florida. You will be based at a busy production line. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Day to day you will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
