Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Dickinson County, Kansas. The job is in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
