Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Fayette County, Alabama. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Part-time with flexible hours.
